SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free local shipping on any purchase via S.F. Express within Hong Kong, Macau and China. Normally it takes 1-3 days for your order to arrive.

Our products are shipped internationally - flat rate of HK$300 per order. Free international shipping on orders over HK$2000. You can expect the order to arrive in 10-14 business days.

Your products will be processed and shipped within three business days after the order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been shipped and a tracking number to check the delivery status.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused product can be returned with a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Return must be free from damage and unwashed.

We only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through our webshop at www.mypaletta.com. ​
